MEMBER OF THE MONTH for September is JYE..
Joined the gym back in May & said he had no clue about the gym or what to do but had a few goals in mind as was keen to join the forces & was wanting to build size as well as work on his overall fitness.
We suggested some Personal Training so he wasn’t just in here walking around from machine to machine & not really getting anywhere.
Well 4mths on & he is SMASHING IT!
Not only does he do 2 PT sessions with PT TONI a week he also will then do 3 sessions on his own.
Sometimes he’ll come in after working night shift & you can see he’s tired but will still just get it done.
Watching the change in him has been awesome..
