Offered at a range of levels from beginner to advanced. and all run by qualified trainers to ensure you get the most out of the class. A non-impact class, these classes are performed to music using free weights-plates, barbells and an aerobic step. You choose your weights based on the exercise and your personal goals. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses and dead lifts. Excellent class for beginners to advanced & all ages.

Boxing classes are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength. Classes involve mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills and specific boxing exercises. Workout includes using upper and lower body and is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness and lose those unwanted kilos. Class designed for medium to advance fitness level.

Class designed for medium to advanced fitness levels.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a type of training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. The idea is to work in the upper percentage of your heart rate zone. Class designed for medium to advanced fitness level.
